Through our in-house Architectural division TROMP Collab offers a full scope Architectural service, including project management and council submissions and approvals. TROMP Collab will act as the principle agent on your project, dealing with all the relevant consultants on your behalf. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

As project managers we are motivated and effective leaders who are accountable for the success of your project. We are experts in multitasking, have great time management and organization skills, are fantastic communicators, and are reliable. We ensure that all the members of the team carry out the work for which they are responsible and that everyone is held accountable for their respective products.

QUANTITY SURVEYING

Our Quantity Surveyors are always involved at the start of a project, being brought in to look at the feasibility of planned construction, they then remain as overseers during the capital expenditure phases of development. This means they are involved, through to the completion of construction, keeping a constant eye on the forecasted and actual costs, as well as being required to react quickly to problems and changes in specifications with updated costings and feasibility reviews.

CONTRACTORS

Our team of contractors are responsible for the day-to-day operations and oversight of your construction project. In addition to this general role, our contractors are responsible for acting as the intermediary between the design team, the construction workers and the client of the project. As the liaison, our contractors will communicate with all those individuals and organizations involved in the project.

FLOORING

We offer a full turnkey solution in the timber industry. From internal flooring to external pergolas we make sure we deliver the best solution to our clients needs. We also do timber maintenance to all timber surfaces, whether residential or commercial, we make sure we walk the extra mile securing our clients investment.

SURFACE COVERINGS

Surfaces are defined as the outermost layer of something and generally the first thing that we see or touch. They can also be the protective layer to what lies beneath. From countertops to building cladding,  It is an important consideration within any renovation or new build in creating the desired aesthetic and atmosphere as well as performing an essential everyday function. Surface materials need to offer the highest standards of hygiene, look great and stand up to the rigors of daily life.

PLUMBING

At TROMP Collab we recognize the essential role of a qualified Plumber within a building project. Our team of Plumbers perform diagnostic, installation, and repair of plumbing systems used for gas, air, and water distribution and disposal, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (HVAC).

JOINERY

We design and build beautiful spaces; ones made to make humans happy. Interiors and exteriors to us are one, and they should speak to each other – interior | exterior | one. Interiors – hand built kitchens, cabinetry, furniture to full interior architecture. Exteriors – organic pool decks, cladding, pergolas to planting features.
